My name is Emma Nelson, and I’m a sophomore Communication Studies and
Spanish double major. In addition to working as the Spanish
academic assistant, I’m a Spanish tutor and I work in the office of
Alumni and Parent Engagement. I’m also involved in Sigma Delta Pi and
the Kitchen Cabinet, and I coach CrossFit down the hill in St. Peter.
When I’m not working or studying, I love spending time at the gym,
doing anything outside, or hanging out with my dogs.
In 2016 I had the
opportunity to spend a month living with a host family in Valencia, Spain, and I’m looking forward to studying abroad for a full semester next year to learn even more!
